Roofing Update: Preferred Exterior is currently working on roofing in the 400 series garages. If you are an upper unit or duplex please remember to cover the items in your attic to avoid debris / nails from ruining your stuff.
Facade Update: Persi Contracting has completed two quadrants and is currently working on the third quad. Persi Contracting is working when the temperature permits. They are currently on building 32. Please remember to close your blinds as they will be working on scaffolding. Persi will remove any items in their way like hose reels or decorations affixed to the brick. Please do not put these items back on the brick once the facade work is complete in your area.
Siding Update: Preferred Exterior has completed the first quadrant for siding. They are currently working on multiple buildings in quadrant 2.
Windows Update: Tindel Windows has completed the first , second & third quadrants. They are currently working in building 09. As a reminder, Shareholders are not permitted to instruct Tindel to remove their old AC and leave it outside. Shareholders are also not permitted to pick which side of the window or which window the AC will go in. If you want full glass panels but missed the December 1st 2023 deadline, please contact the office. You will be added to a waiting list (first come, first serve) and if at the end of the project there are extra full glass windows, then Tindel will swap the windows at a cost determined by them. The plans are located on a separate post below.
